Josh Martin is Director of Planning and Zoning at Easton Street Capital, where he leads entitlement strategy, public engagement, and planning processes across the firm’s development portfolio. With more than 20 years of experience spanning the public, private, and nonprofit sectors, Josh brings a deep understanding of development review, zoning, and community outreach to complex and highly innovative master planning efforts.

Over the course of his career, Josh has led a wide range of strategic initiatives, including urban infill projects, development feasibility and financial studies, retail and commercial districts, regional and community master plans, and large-scale suburban retrofit efforts. He remains actively involved with organizations including the Congress for the New Urbanism, American Planning Association, Urban Land Institute, National Trust for Historic Preservation, Next American City, and the Seaside Institute. His work has been featured in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, and Monocle.

Juan Jacobus

Partner

Juan is a Partner at Easton Street Capital, where he is responsible for sourcing, capitalizing, and executing institutional-scale real estate acquisitions and development projects across property types throughout the U.S. Sunbelt.

Prior to joining Easton Street Capital, Juan served as a Managing Director at Hines, leading the acquisition, development, and financing of projects across the Southeast and Midwest across office, residential, data center, and mixed-use assets. Earlier in his career, he worked at Extell Development Company in New York City, overseeing the full development lifecycle for multifamily and luxury condominium projects, and began his career in investment banking at Credit Suisse. Juan holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from The Wharton School.

Jackson Risbara

Analyst

Jackson Risbara is an Analyst at Easton Street Capital, contributing across underwriting, site evaluation, and project coordination for the firm’s development pipeline. His approach to real estate is grounded in hands-on experience, shaped by years spent working in construction, contracting, and small business operations while living in California.

Jackson graduated from UCLA with a degree in Economics and joined Easton Street as an intern in 2024 before transitioning into a full-time role in 2025. He brings persistence, curiosity, and a team-first mindset to every project, with a deep appreciation for how thoughtful planning and execution translate into durable, high-quality places.

Jordan Mack

Assistant Controller

Jordan Mack is Assistant Controller at Easton Street Capital, overseeing accounting operations and supporting the firm’s financial reporting and compliance efforts. She brings a strong foundation in accounting and tax planning from her prior experience at Kaufman Rossin, a top-100 regional accounting firm.

At Kaufman Rossin, Jordan worked with a diverse range of small- and mid-sized businesses, providing accounting services, tax planning, and tax preparation. She holds a Master of Accounting degree from Florida Atlantic University. A South Florida native, Jordan values the opportunity to apply her expertise locally while contributing to the long-term stewardship and growth of Easton Street’s platform.

Jake Leone

Senior Associate

Jake Leone is a Senior Associate at Easton Street Capital, where he works across investment underwriting, zoning analysis, program design, and large-scale mixed-use development initiatives. His interest in real estate was shaped early through deep exposure to hospitality and legacy assets, growing up on the grounds of The Breakers Palm Beach and witnessing its continual reinvestment and evolution.

Jake studied real estate at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in the Kenan-Flagler Undergraduate Business Program before moving to New York to work at Related Companies. There, he assisted with development and strategic planning efforts tied to a hospitality startup brand within Hudson Yards. In 2020, Jake earned a certificate from the Cornell Real Estate Program at the SC Johnson College of Business. At Easton Street, he currently serves as a project manager on a major mixed-use revitalization in Palm Beach, Florida.

Nick Kelly

Analyst

Nick Kelly is an Analyst at Easton Street Capital, supporting the firm’s project management and investment activities. Prior to joining Easton Street, Nick served as a Senior Analyst focused on real estate acquisitions and dispositions at a New York–based fintech startup.

In that role, he specialized in single-family home transaction management and played an integral part in helping the company reach key performance milestones that contributed to a successful Series B fundraising round led by Google Ventures. Nick is a graduate of Amherst College, where he earned all-conference honors as a running back on the football team and won multiple conference championships. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active and spending time with his dog, Kirby.

Alex Holliday

Senior Associate

Alex Holliday is a Senior Associate at Easton Street Capital, where he supports investment underwriting and project execution across the firm’s development portfolio. Prior to joining Easton Street, Alex spent five years in commercial real estate banking at Truist, working within the bank’s Real Estate Corporate and Investment Banking group.

At Truist, Alex held roles in credit, portfolio management, and coverage banking, partnering with real estate investment firms on acquisitions and development financing for commercial properties and portfolios. Through this experience, he developed a strong foundation in real estate finance and a passion for complex, thoughtfully executed projects. Alex is a graduate of the University of South Carolina’s Honors College and Darla Moore School of Business, where he studied International Business and Finance.

Rob Frisbie Jr.

Co-Founder & Managing Partner

Rob Frisbie Jr. is Co-Founder & Managing Partner of Easton Street Capital, where he leads the firm’s mission to create enduring value through thoughtful, design-led development. At Easton Street, Rob is building an institutional investment platform with a $3.5 billion pipeline across the Southeastern United States, including advanced manufacturing and clean power investments.

Rob’s leadership blends visionary planning with rigorous execution. He oversees complex projects with a focus on architectural excellence, sustainability, and long-term economic resilience, guided by the belief that doing well and doing good can be the same act, done right. Earlier in his career, Rob played a key role in the evolution of his family’s real estate business, helping guide its transformation into a high-performing family office recognized for revitalization, placemaking, and enduring mixed-use destinations.

Before joining the family business, Rob served as Vice President of Acquisitions at a New York–based real estate private equity firm, where he led approximately $750 million in acquisitions. He is a Harvard graduate and remains deeply engaged in community leadership in Palm Beach County.

Cody Crowell

Cody Crowell is Co-Founder & Managing Partner of Easton Street Capital, a Palm Beach–based real estate investment firm building a new model for conscious, high-performance development across the Southeastern United States. Through Easton Street Capital, Cody is helping scale an institutional investment platform with a $3.5 billion active pipeline spanning mixed-use, advanced manufacturing, and clean power opportunities.

Cody leads with disciplined execution, data-driven strategy, and a deep belief that design is inseparable from performance. His work focuses on creating assets that endure, delivering strong returns while strengthening the communities they serve.

Earlier in his career, Cody played a central role in the evolution of a design-led real estate organization known for placemaking, revitalization, and complex mixed-use development. Before that, he was a Partner at Portfolio Acquisition Group and Co-Founder of Interprise Partners. Cody remains active in civic and philanthropic leadership across Palm Beach County.
