01 — OVERVIEW

A revitalization that honors Palm Beach heritage while reimagining in-town living.

Conceived as a composed revitalization in the heart of Palm Beach, Via Flagler by The Breakers reflects a commitment to continuity rather than reinvention. The project draws from the island’s architectural traditions while introducing a contemporary approach to in-town living.

Through a balanced mix of residential and civic energy, the development strengthens neighborhood life and reinforces Palm Beach’s enduring sense of place.

02 — DETAILS

A Heritage Reimagined

Via Flagler by The Breakers is a revitalization that honors Palm Beach’s architectural traditions while introducing a new standard of in-town living. A series of winding courtyards, gardens, and fountain features create a calm, walkable enclave in the heart of the island, and pay homage to the original vias that defined Palm Beach’s early architecture.

Residential Privacy, Civic Spirit

Six second-story single-family residences, ranging from 6,500 to 8,300 square feet, integrate seamlessly into the architecture and ambiance of their setting, creating a presence that feels both distinguished and discreet. Each free standing home offers private elevator access, underground parking, and dedicated storage. Architecture and landscape work in concert to create light, privacy, and a strong sense of place.

A Destination with Purpose

Anchored by dining, retail, and hospitality curated by The Breakers, Via Flagler is both residential and civic in spirit, reinforcing Palm Beach’s character while adapting it for modern life.

“Classical design creates familiarity, comfort, and belonging. When paired with modern living, it elevates daily life and lays the groundwork for enduring places.”
