01 — OVERVIEW

When partnership defines progress: preserving a historic church campus while introducing exceptional waterfront residential living in West Palm Beach.

Edgeworth was conceived through a purposeful collaboration between Easton Street Capital, Related Ross, and Family Church, whose historic campus required modernization to meet the needs of a growing congregation and school. The project represents a model of aligned partnership, one in which private development supports meaningful civic investment without burdening the institution it serves.

Easton Street Capital's role began with a vision for the broader campus, engaging Lord Norman Foster to master plan the site at the firm's own expense, and allowing Family Church to fully evaluate the opportunity in front of them. Easton Street Capital later partnered with Related Ross to deliver the project.

The result is a refined residential offering that strengthens the South Flagler Drive corridor while funding construction of a new school that will ultimately accommodate a high school, fulfilling a critical need for the church and the broader West Palm Beach community.

02 — DETAILS

Two Towers, One Vision

Designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox, Edgeworth comprises two gracefully curved 28-story towers rising along South Flagler Drive. The architecture balances contemporary form with contextual sensitivity, introducing split-faced limestone, bronze, and terrazzo to create a sophisticated material palette that elevates the streetscape. A private, lushly landscaped arrival court anchors the entrance, establishing a refined sense of arrival.

Riviera-Inspired Living

Interiors by March and White Design reflect a soft, sophisticated aesthetic rooted in the relaxed glamour of the Mediterranean coast. Across 168 residences, from one-bedroom homes to nine penthouses, each residence captures sweeping views of the Intracoastal Waterway and Atlantic Ocean through floor-to-ceiling glass and expansive private terraces. The design prioritizes light, openness, and a seamless connection between interior and exterior living.

Wellness at Scale

More than 90,000 square feet of amenities place health and lifestyle at the center of the residential experience. The offering reflects a growing demand for residences designed to support balanced, holistic living, with a comprehensive spa and fitness program alongside curated social and lifestyle spaces.

“We saw an opportunity to help a respected institution secure its future while contributing something meaningful to the South Flagler waterfront. The partnership model worked because all parties shared a long-term perspective. Family Church gets a modernized campus and a new school. West Palm Beach gets thoughtfully designed housing. The result benefits everyone.”
