01 — OVERVIEW

A contemporary landmark rooted in Palm Beach tradition, where timeless design meets modern waterfront living.

Conceived as a modern icon along West Palm Beach’s evolving waterfront, South Flagler House incorporates traditional materials with the utmost in innovative, thoughtful design. Rooted in Palm Beach’s architectural heritage, the project emphasizes clarity of form, intentional scale, and a strong relationship to its setting.

Every aspect of the development is guided by longevity and livability, creating a residential environment that feels enduring, grounded, and distinctly of its place.

02 — DETAILS

A Modern Expression of Legacy

South Flagler House is a refined interpretation of Palm Beach’s architectural lineage, designed to endure both aesthetically and culturally. Conceived by Robert A.M. Stern Architects, the twin stone-clad towers rise from a shared podium of gardens and townhomes, grounding their scale in the neighborhood while opening to expansive views of water, city, and sky.

Luxury Living, Thoughtfully Crafted

Interiors by Pembrooke & Ives balance classical proportion with contemporary restraint. Across 106 residences, from three-bedroom homes to penthouses and single suites, every detail reflects a commitment to craft, material integrity, and refined livability.

Anchored in Place, Elevated in Perspective

Located in West Palm Beach’s Cultural Quarter and aligned with Worth Avenue, South Flagler House is firmly rooted in its setting while engaging the broader waterfront — a defining addition to the city’s next chapter.

“Collaborating with Robert A.M. Stern was a rare privilege. His belief in contextual, timeless design shaped this project in profound ways. South Flagler House stands as a tribute to his respect for place, proportion, and architecture’s ability to shape meaningful communities.”
