Townhomes on Palm Beach

01 — OVERVIEW
Restoring an oceanfront site to enhance the existing neighborhood and deliver civic value.
Occupying one of Palm Beach’s most prominent and visible oceanfront sites, the South Ocean Blvd Townhomes were conceived as a thoughtful return to residential use in a location of long-standing significance. The project restored the site to a scale, use, and character consistent with its surrounding neighborhood, while honoring its iconic positioning along the island’s shoreline.
Shaped through careful collaboration and deep respect for context, the design reflects Palm Beach’s enduring architectural language while quietly elevating the streetscape. The result is a collection of luxury residences that balance discretion with connection, reinforce neighborhood continuity, and contribute lasting beauty and value to the community — as though they have always belonged.
02 — DETAILS
A Considered Act of Restoration
Following extensive engagement with town leadership and local residents, a former commercial property was reimagined as four private residences that blend seamlessly into Palm Beach’s historic Estate Section.

Architecture in Conversation with Place
Drawing from a transitional Mediterranean vernacular, the design balances classical influence with modern clarity. Each residence spans approximately 9,000 square feet, with three sides of fenestration and sweeping ocean views that offer privacy without isolation.

Private Development, Public Benefit
Beyond design, the project reduces traffic and noise, improves a highly visible stretch of coastline, and generates a significant increase in annual municipal tax revenue. The result is a development that strengthens neighborhood character while supporting the community’s broader goals.

“Classical architecture is not just about nostalgia. When proportions, materials, and details are right, buildings age with dignity and add value to the places around them.”
