01 — OVERVIEW
Restoring an oceanfront site through architecture that respects neighborhood character while delivering civic value.
Townhomes on Palm Beach was conceived as a careful reintegration of residential architecture into Palm Beach’s oceanfront fabric. Guided by collaboration and a deep respect for context, the project replaces a former commercial presence with architecture that feels appropriate, enduring, and closely tied to its surroundings.
The result is a development that balances privacy and openness, reinforcing neighborhood character while delivering lasting value to the broader community.

A Thoughtful Act of Restoration
Townhomes on Palm Beach reclaims a prominent oceanfront site through restraint, collaboration, and respect for context. Following extensive engagement with town leadership and local residents, a former commercial property was reimagined as four private residences that blend into Palm Beach’s historic Estate Section.

Architecture in Conversation with Place
Drawing from a transitional Mediterranean vernacular, the design balances classical influence with modern clarity. Each residence spans approximately 9,000 square feet, with three sides of fenestration and sweeping ocean views that offer privacy without isolation.

Private Development, Public Benefit
Beyond design, the project reduced traffic and noise, improved a highly visible stretch of coastline, and generated a significant increase in municipal tax revenue. The result is a development that strengthens neighborhood character while supporting the community’s broader goals.

“Classical architecture is not about nostalgia. When proportions, materials, and details are right, buildings age with dignity and add value to the places around them.”
